  • We have been handling every aspect of this program for companies for over 20 years. Infinity Labor Source, Inc was established in 2008. We prepare all paperwork involved, handle all questions, and find qualified workers for your company.

  • Our recruitment office in Mexico assists in the recruitment of properly skilled individuals for your field of work.

  • Since we are not a law firm we do not require a retainer fee, nor do we charge for telephone calls. In fact, we do not get paid until your new employees arrive.

  • Upon approval, we guarantee that you will be staffed properly. If an individual leaves, or employment is terminated, the individual will be replaced. Also, these individuals are only allowed to work for your company unless released by you. This ensures that as the employer, you are always in control of this arrangement.

  • Can a U.S. company request a worker to come back the following year?
    Yes. Once a worker has obtained an H-2B Visa and returned home upon expiration, it may be easier to get a second H-2B Visa because the worker has demonstrated that he/she will adhere to U.S. law.
  • What are the most commonly requested H-2B positions that are filled?
    Construction workers, manufacturing workers, housekeeping, landscaping, dishwashers, lifeguards, and other “hands on” positions.
  • Can a U.S. company choose where workers can be recruited?
    Yes. A company can request the country from which the workers are recruited Infinity Labor Source can provide a list of participating countries upon company’s request.   • When is the best time for a company to apply for H-2B candidates?
    The application must be submitted at least 4-5 months before the date the company needs the workers.
  • What is the pay scale for H-2B workers?
    Workers must be paid the prevailing wage for the position. The rate paid will be the same as that paid to U.S. workers. Each state labor office determines this rate.
